From the North: Leave the M6 at Junction 36 and bear left off the Motorway roundabout, signposted Kirkby Lonsdale. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted Burton in Kendal A6070. After approx 3 miles you will enter Burton in Kendal, drive carefully through the village turning left just before the 40mph limit, signposted Hutton Roof, Kirkby Lonsdale. (Please proceed with caution as this is an unclassified road and is narrow in places). After 3 miles turn left signed Hutton Roof and Buttle House. AFTER 100 YARDS turn LEFT into the Industrial park and we are the first unit on the left.
From the South: Leave the M6 at Junction 35 bearing left off the Motorway. At the end of the dual carriageway take the 2nd exit off the roundabout signposted A6 Milnthorpe. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit signed Burton in Kendal A6070. After 1 mile you will enter a 40mph limit, as this turns to 30mph take the right turn signposted Hutton Roof and Kirkby Lonsdale. (Please proceed with caution as this is an unclassified road and is narrow in places). After 3 miles turn left signed Hutton Roof and Buttle House. AFTER 100 YARDS turn LEFT into the Industrial park and we are the first unit on the left.
From the East: Head North West along the A65 from Booth's roundabout at Kirkby Lonsdale (if you pass the BP Garage you have gone too far!) taking the first left signposted Hutton Roof and Burton in Kendal. (Please proceed with caution as this is an unclassified road and is narrow in places). After 2 miles you will come to a T-Junction, turn right. Take the next right (just after the Woodyard) signed Hutton Roof. AFTER 100 YARDS turn LEFT into the Industrial park and we are the first unit on the left.
